Summary

This study tests a drug called QL0911 for cancer patients whose platelet levels drop too low due to chemotherapy. Low platelets can delay treatment or require dose changes. The trial will see if QL0911 safely raises platelet counts so patients can complete their chemo on schedule. About 235 adults aged 18-75 with certain cancers are being recruited.
