Summary

This study tests a drug called QL0911 for people whose platelet levels drop too low due to cancer treatment. Low platelets can delay chemotherapy and cause bleeding risks. The trial will compare QL0911 to a placebo in 235 adults aged 18-75 to see if it safely raises platelet counts and helps patients complete their chemo on schedule.
