New Two-Drug combo enters human testing for tough cancers

NCT ID NCT06795412

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called PYX-201 in combination with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) for people with advanced solid tumors. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see how well the body handles the two drugs together. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment is helping to control the cancer.
