Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called PYC-003 for autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), a genetic condition that causes cysts to grow in the kidneys. The study will first check safety in healthy volunteers, then in people with ADPKD. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and how the body processes it.
