Scientists probe hidden toll of extra heartbeats
NCT ID NCT07396597
Summary
This study aims to understand how a common heart rhythm issue, called premature ventricular complexes (PVCs), affects people's breathing, muscle strength, physical activity, and overall quality of life. Researchers will compare 52 adults who have PVCs with a group of healthy adults using simple tests and questionnaires. The goal is to gather new information to better understand the full impact of this condition.
