Summary

This study tested whether using puzzles helps nursing students learn how to give intramuscular injections. Researchers compared 140 students who either received standard training or standard training plus puzzle exercises. They measured the students' mental effort, motivation, and injection skill performance to see if the puzzles made a difference.
