Scientists test which Push-Up builds better shoulders for cricket players
NCT ID NCT07440732
Summary
This study aimed to find out which of two special push-up exercises is better for improving shoulder stability and functional strength in cricket players. Researchers compared plyometric (explosive) push-ups with push-ups performed on a Bosu ball (a wobbly half-sphere) in 44 young, competitive cricketers. The goal was to see which method more effectively builds the shoulder strength needed for the sport and helps prevent injuries.
