Emergency room study tests adrenaline to prevent dangerous blood pressure drops

Summary

This study tests whether giving a small dose of adrenaline before emergency breathing tube placement can prevent dangerous drops in blood pressure. About 128 adults in the emergency department who need this procedure will be randomly assigned to receive either adrenaline or a placebo. The goal is to see if adrenaline helps keep blood pressure stable and improves patient outcomes.
