Summary

This study looks at whether changes in pupil size and reactivity can predict neurological side effects in people receiving CAR-T cell therapy for lymphoma. Researchers will monitor 100 adults at MD Anderson Cancer Center before and after treatment. The goal is to find a simple, non-invasive way to catch brain-related complications early.
