Brain tumor patients get virus therapy in new trial

Summary
This early-stage study tests a modified herpes virus (MVR-C5252) injected directly into brain tumors in people whose high-grade glioma has come back. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. If safe, researchers will also see if it helps control the cancer. About 51 adults with recurrent high-grade glioma will take part.
