New drug timing may boost immune attack on head and neck cancer

Summary
This study tests a different way of giving chemotherapy along with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab for people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The goal is to see if giving chemo in short, strong bursts after the immunotherapy can help the immune system work better. About 15 adults whose cancer has a certain marker (PD-L1 CPS >1) and cannot be cured with local treatments will take part.
