Summary
This study tracks 580 adults with atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) who receive a procedure using the PulseSelect PFA system. The goal is to see how well the procedure prevents heart rhythm problems and how safe it is over 3 years. Participants must have tried at least one heart medication without success.
