New pulsed field device aims to quiet the quivering heart

Summary
This study is testing a new device that uses pulsed fields to map and treat atrial fibrillation (AF), a common heart rhythm problem. About 175 adults with AF will receive this procedure to see if it is safe and works well. The goal is to restore a normal heart rhythm without the need for long-term medication.
