Summary

This study tests a personalized radiation technique called PULSAR combined with two immunotherapy drugs and chemotherapy in 60 adults with advanced bile duct cancer. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective at controlling the disease. Participants must be 18-75 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma.
