New antibiotic paste vs standard filling for Kids' tooth infections

Summary
This study tests two treatments for infected baby molars in children aged 4 to 10. One uses an antibiotic paste to sterilize the tooth, the other uses a standard filling material. 180 children will be randomly assigned to one treatment and checked after 6 months to see which works better.
