Summary
This study compares two dental procedures for deep cavities that cause toothache. One method removes only part of the decay and places a protective layer, while the other removes all decay and caps the exposed nerve. The goal is to see which approach better relieves pain and keeps the tooth healthy. 106 adults with deep cavities in their back teeth will participate.
