Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week pulmonary rehabilitation program can improve diaphragm function, exercise ability, and quality of life in 20 adults with interstitial lung disease (scarred and stiff lungs). Participants will do exercises and learn breathing techniques. The goal is to see if this program helps them breathe easier and feel better day-to-day.
