Summary
This study tested a new water-jet tool (TenJet) to treat tennis elbow in 29 adults with chronic elbow pain. The procedure uses ultrasound guidance to remove damaged tendon tissue. Researchers measured pain and function changes over 12 months to see if the treatment helps.
