New Nerve-Zapping technique tested for debilitating pelvic pain

Summary

This study is testing two different ways of using a mild electrical current to treat a specific nerve for people with chronic pelvic pain (pudendal neuralgia). 38 adult patients will be randomly assigned to receive either a standard treatment or a newer, longer-duration version. The main goal is to see which method provides better and longer-lasting pain relief over six months.
