New drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat skin cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called PTX-100 for adults with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma that has returned or hasn't responded to at least two previous treatments. Participants receive PTX-100 through IV infusions in repeating cycles for up to 18 months. The main goal is to see how well the drug shrinks tumors and controls the disease while monitoring side effects.
