Summary

This study tests a gel called PTX-022 (sirolimus) for treating visible skin venous malformations. It involves 15 participants and aims to see if the gel is safe and improves the appearance of these malformations. The gel is applied directly to the skin, and doctors and patients will rate any changes over 12 weeks.
