New gel could ease painful skin lesions

Summary
This study tests a gel called PTX-022 (sirolimus) for treating angiokeratomas, which are small, raised skin spots. The goal is to see if the gel is safe and can improve the appearance of these spots. About 15 people aged 6 and older with angiokeratomas will use the gel and be monitored for side effects and changes in their skin.
