AI-Powered iPhone app could revolutionize PTSD diagnosis

Summary
This study tests an iPhone app called Senseye DT that uses artificial intelligence to diagnose PTSD in adults. Participants complete simple tasks on the phone while the front camera records their facial movements, which the AI analyzes for signs of PTSD. The goal is to see if the app can diagnose PTSD as accurately as standard clinical interviews, but much faster. About 1,900 adults with possible PTSD symptoms will take part over 2-3 weeks.
