Summary

This study is testing a computer-based brain training program called Prism, which is used alongside standard therapy, for teenagers with PTSD. The main goal is to check if the program is safe for adolescents and to see if it helps reduce PTSD symptoms. About 45 participants, aged 12 to 21, will use the software for 15 sessions over 8 weeks while continuing their usual care.
