New eye drop could stop pterygium growth without surgery

Summary
This study tests an eye drop called CBT-001 for people with pterygium, a growth on the eye's surface that can cause redness and vision problems. The trial involves 660 participants who will use the eye drop twice daily for up to 24 months. The goal is to see if the drop can reduce redness and prevent the growth from getting larger.
