Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called PT886 (spevatamig) in people with advanced stomach, pancreatic, or bile duct cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose, check for side effects, and see if the drug shows early signs of helping when given alone or with standard chemotherapy. The study is enrolling adults whose cancer has a specific marker called CLDN18.2.
