Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called PT150 can help reduce PTSD symptoms in US veterans. The trial will involve 120 veterans who will take either PT150 or a placebo pill for 14 days. Researchers will measure changes in PTSD symptoms and check for side effects to see if the drug is safe and effective.
