Summary

This study looks at whether doing physical therapy alone or in a group helps people recover better after a hip fracture. About 40 adults aged 50 and older in Gaza will be randomly assigned to either one-on-one or group sessions. The goal is to see which approach improves daily activities, reduces pain, and boosts mood and sleep quality.
