Can a phone app be your emotional First-Aid kit?
NCT ID NCT07304830
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app called PsyPills can help young adults (ages 18-29) better manage their emotions and reduce risky behaviors. The app provides short, on-demand exercises based on therapy principles to help users rethink stressful situations. Researchers will compare it to another app that only tracks moods to see if PsyPills leads to better emotional control and fewer risky actions.
