Summary

This study follows 217 people aged 15-30 after their first psychotic episode to see if speech patterns and blood markers can predict whether they will develop bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. Researchers will record interviews and analyze language using machine learning. The goal is to speed up accurate diagnosis and improve treatment choices.
