Summary
This study aims to find out if analyzing how people speak (tone, rhythm, sentence structure) and certain blood markers can predict whether a first psychotic episode will develop into bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. Researchers will follow 217 people aged 15-30 for two years. The goal is to help doctors choose the right treatment sooner and prevent relapse.
