First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tested whether a special physiotherapy program that also addresses psychological factors like anxiety and depression can help people with chronic low back pain. Forty adults with long-term back pain and high levels of these factors took part. The goal was to see if a larger study is possible and if this tailored approach works better than usual physiotherapy.
