Summary
This study tested a short educational program for adult siblings of people with autism. The goal was to see if it could improve their understanding of autism, strengthen their relationship with their sibling, and boost their own well-being and resilience. 88 adults from Greece took part, and the program was found to be safe with no risks identified.
