Summary

This small study tested whether a 10-week psychodrama program could help reduce aggressive behavior and improve social skills in teenage boys. Twenty-two students in Iran who showed high aggression and poor social adjustment were randomly assigned to either attend the weekly role-playing sessions or be in a comparison group. Researchers measured changes in aggression and social adjustment before and after the program to see if the therapy made a difference.
