Summary
This study looked at whether a type of group therapy called psychodrama could help nursing students feel better mentally. 55 students were split into two groups: one did weekly psychodrama sessions for 12 weeks, and the other prepared group presentations. Researchers measured their mental health before and after to see if psychodrama made a difference.
