Summary

This study tested whether a creative group therapy called psychodrama could improve mental health in nursing students. Fifty-five students were randomly assigned to either attend 12 weekly psychodrama sessions or participate in regular group discussions on similar topics. Researchers measured changes in mental health using a standard questionnaire before and after the 12-week program.
