Summary
This study aimed to understand how often medical errors happen in psychiatric clinics and what causes them. Researchers surveyed 180 psychiatrists, residents, and nurses working in Turkish psychiatric hospitals about their experiences with treatment mistakes. The goal was to identify common problems and gather ideas for preventing future errors to improve patient safety.
