Summary

This study tests a short, skills-based program called PST-Concussion for Veterans who have had a mild traumatic brain injury (concussion) and also struggle with mental health symptoms like depression or PTSD. The goal is to see if learning practical problem-solving skills can reduce distress and improve daily functioning. About 134 Veterans will take part, and the program is designed to be delivered in primary care settings by general healthcare providers.
