Summary
This clinical trial is testing whether an experimental drug called LM11A-31 can slow down Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), a rare and serious brain disorder. The study will involve 147 people with early-stage PSP who can still walk with minimal assistance. Participants will receive either the active drug or a placebo for one year while researchers measure changes in symptoms, daily function, and brain scans.
