NCT ID NCT07217665

Summary

This study is testing an investigational drug called AADvac1 to see if it is safe and can slow the progression of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), a rare and serious brain disorder. About 146 people with early-stage PSP will be randomly assigned to receive either the active drug or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the drug can reduce the worsening of symptoms and disability over time.
