Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental medication called D-2570 can help control symptoms of active psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will enroll 222 adults with the condition to compare different doses of the drug against a placebo over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the medication safely reduces joint pain and swelling better than no treatment.
