Summary
This study is testing how safe and effective the drug guselkumab is for Indian patients with psoriatic arthritis, a painful autoimmune condition that affects the joints and skin. It is for people whose symptoms have not improved enough with standard medications. Researchers will give the drug as an injection and monitor patients for side effects and improvements in joint pain and swelling over 24 weeks.
