Summary

This study tested an oral tablet called JNJ-77242113 in 90 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Participants were randomly assigned to receive the drug or a placebo for 16 weeks. The main goal was to see if the drug could improve psoriasis symptoms by at least 75% compared to placebo.
