Summary
This study tests whether adding recaticimab to vunakizumab works better than vunakizumab alone for people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who also have high cholesterol. About 40 adults aged 18 to 75 will receive either the combination or a placebo injection. The main goal is to see if more participants achieve completely clear skin by week 16.
