New psoriasis pill shows promise in Mid-Stage trial

Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called LY4100511 in 222 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Participants stopped other psoriasis treatments and received either the drug or a placebo. The main goal was to see how well the drug cleared skin and if it was safe. Results help determine if larger studies are warranted.
