Summary

This study tested an investigational oral medication, JNJ-77242113, to see how well it controls moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis over a longer period. It involved 227 people who had already completed a prior 16-week study with the same drug. The main goal was to measure how many participants saw a 75% or greater improvement in their skin condition after 36 weeks of continued treatment, while closely monitoring safety.
