Could a natural cream tame psoriasis flares?

NCT ID NCT07426120

Summary

This study is testing whether a cream made from plant compounds called coumarins can safely reduce the symptoms of plaque psoriasis. 300 adults with mild to moderate psoriasis will apply either the active cream or a placebo cream twice daily for 8 weeks. Doctors will measure changes in skin severity, itch, and quality of life to see if the botanical cream is an effective treatment option.
