Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks for pain relief after hip replacement surgery. About 130 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either a psoas sheath block or a standard fascia iliaca block. The goal is to see which block leads to better recovery and less pain medication use in the first 48 hours after surgery.
