NCT ID NCT06626139
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how a person's mindset and physical environment (called 'set and setting') influence the effects of psilocybin, a psychedelic compound. Researchers will give 120 healthy adults aged 21-70 with lower-than-average mental well-being either psilocybin or a placebo in different settings. The goal is to understand how these factors affect challenging experiences and changes in well-being and connectedness.
