NCT ID NCT07449351
First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This early-phase study at Yale will give 20 healthy adults who have never used psychedelics either very low doses of psilocybin or a placebo over 30 days. Researchers will measure changes in mood, thinking skills, and brain scans to see if microdosing can improve well-being without causing a psychedelic experience. The goal is to gather initial data, not to treat any disease.
