First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at how accurately custom-made implants (PSIs) help reposition the jaw during a common corrective surgery called BSSO. Eight patients aged 18-40 with an overbite or underbite were included. Researchers compared the planned jaw position to the actual result using CT scans and found the implants were precise.
